We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and other factors outside of our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You agree that your use of the Site and our services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use thereof.
